One of their notable products is GROWTWO, which contains GHRP-2 (Growth Hormone Releasing Peptide-2). GHRP-2 is known for stimulating the release of growth hormone, promoting muscle growth, aiding fat loss, and enhancing overall physical performance. GROWTWO is administered via intramuscular or subcutaneous injection. Prior to reconstitution, it should be stored at room temperature away from heat and direct sunlight. After reconstitution, it must be refrigerated between 2-8°C.

Dosage Guidelines:

  • Adults:
    • Growth Hormone Deficiency: Initial dose is 6 mcg/kg/day, which may be gradually increased. The maximum recommended dose is 12.5 mcg/kg/day.
    • HIV-associated Wasting or Cachexia: A typical dose is 5 mcg/kg/day at bedtime, with a maximum of 5 mg/day.

Contraindications:

  • Acute critical illnesses such as heart surgery, multiple accidental traumas, or respiratory failure.
  • Active neoplasms or proliferative diabetic retinopathy.
  • Lactation and pregnancy.
  • Patients with closed epiphyses or intracranial lesions.
  • Individuals with Prader-Willi syndrome who are severely obese or have severe respiratory impairment.

Special Precautions:

  • Monitor thyroid function and watch for signs of benign intracranial hypertension.
  • Patients with diabetes mellitus may require a dose reduction in insulin.
  • Discontinue treatment if there is evidence of tumor growth.
  • Regular monitoring is recommended for patients with scoliosis due to the risk of progression.

Potential Side Effects:

  • Hypothyroidism, peripheral edema, headaches, muscle and joint pain, and benign intracranial hypertension.
  • Loss of glycemic control in diabetic patients.

Drug Interactions:

  • High doses of corticosteroids may inhibit the growth-promoting effects of GHRP-2.
